The Wellness Company is a medical services organization specializing in health screenings and immunizations. They were looking for an easy way to pre-register patients for worksite flu shot clinics. The Lush Group developed a web-based system that allows The Wellness Company to define and configure events so that patients could register for selected clinics and choose the date and time for their flu shot. Here are selected screen shots demonstrating the application. Subsequent solutions included a backend management tool to improve billing and manage the immunization program. The system submits immunization data to the local immunization registry. The Wellness Company delivers immunization programs to both adult and child settings, including pediatric and school vaccination programs.
Conanicut Marine has operations in five locations serving their recreational boating clientele. During their busy launch and haul seasons, it was difficult keeping track of the status of each boat. They wanted to provide more accurate status information when customers called and improve their management process. The Lush Group developed a Launch/Haul planner which provides centralized status of each boat being handled by Conanicut Marine. Ruggedized Tablet PCs are used by the launch crews to submit and retrieve data.
The Rhode Island School of the Future has been a leader and innovator in integrating technology into the curriculum. As part of this program, challenges are defined to develop technological fluency through involvement in robotic design activities. Children in K-12 participate in events at FLL and Robotics Park, building skills for the workforce of the future. Please attend one of these events - you will be amazed!
