Flu Registration System


The Wellness Company is a medical services organization specializing in health screenings and immunizations. They originally wanted a way to register patients online for worksite flu shot clinics. The Lush Group developed a web-based system that allows the Wellness company to define and configure events so that patients could register online for selected clinics and choose the date and time for their flu shot. This solution has evolved over a three-year period into the Online Flu/Immunization System. Patients can pre-register for worksite, public and family events. They can view listings of all public events.

Event Definition

The program manager can create events with various characteristics, including the ability to define available time slots. As patients register, only available time slots remain.
